Seascape Lab: Statement of Values & Lab Culture

Given everything that 2020 has thrown at us, it has felt really important to me to reflect on the values I want to bring to my work, and the culture that I want to foster within my lab and the people that I work with, and to make a public statement expressing those values as best as I can. I wanted to make sure that me this these efforts are an honest real reflection of the values held by everyone in this lab, and it is not something I have wanted to rush.

However, I am pleased to say that we now have a statement expressing the values that we hold in this lab, and what the culture is like. If you're looking to join the lab, or work with us in the future, I hope this is some help to you and gives you some idea of what you can expect here.
